Originally an existing grocery store, this adaptive reuse project transformed a conventional retail shell into a state-of-the-art medical research facility with the warmth and sophistication of a luxury hospitality environment. Rather than creating a traditional clinical setting, the design focused on elevating the visitor experience through thoughtfully curated materials, dramatic architectural features, and inviting gathering spaces.

Visitors are welcomed through a soaring, light-filled lobby anchored by a dramatic 16-foot-wide floor-to-ceiling fireplace and a sculptural feature wall extending more than 25 feet high. Custom lighting installations, artisan finishes, and expansive glazing create an atmosphere that is both refined and inspiring, while abundant natural daylight reinforces the building's emphasis on wellness.

Throughout the facility, hospitality-inspired amenities—including a premium café, sports lounge, executive meeting spaces, and comfortable waiting areas—encourage collaboration, relaxation, and community. A contemporary palette of stone, wood, metal, and textured finishes is paired with carefully integrated lighting to create an environment that feels timeless, professional, and welcoming.
